Public Notice of Proposed Local Rule Change

A change to Local Civil Rule 5.4 is under consideration. It would require the filing of the LR 5.4 checklist and summary chart on the public docket rather than by submission to the assigned judge's CM/ECF mailbox. A redline and clean version of the proposal is available here.
