The e-mail contains a link that allegedly has additional information.  A sample of the e-mail can be found below.

Phishing involves using e-mail purporting to be from a reputable company or organization in an attempt to obtain your personal information, such as social security number or credit card information, or to infect your computer with malware.

These e-mails are not from the Court.  You should not respond to them, nor should you click on any links contained in the e-mail.  If you receive such an e-mail, please do not contact the Court.  You may delete the email.
