Comments are being accepted for proposed changes to the Local Civil Rule 77.2, which governs motions that can granted by the Clerk of Court without further direction of the Court.  The proposal would move the list of grantable motions to a new Standing Order and also codify that orders may be entered at specific direction in particular cases.
