CM/ECF Mailboxes for Proposed Orders

The Local Rules and CM/ECF Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual require certain proposed orders and other documents to be sent to centrally managed email boxes. They should be emailed to the assigned District Judge's CM/ECF mailbox only. Proposed orders should be sent to a Magistrate Judge's mailbox only if that judge is the presider by consent. Do not copy the Magistrate Judge’s mailbox when the Magistrate Judge is listed in CM/ECF as the referral judge, including cases where the District Judge is listed as “Unassigned.”

Please note: These are not the judges' email addresses. Rather, they are accessed and monitored only by the Clerk's Office. Correspondence received to these mailboxes but addressed to a judge will not be forwarded. Judges' email addresses are confidential.
