The Scheduling Order for the July Criminal Term makes changes to the usual practices in this district, which will be in place going forward.  These changes affect new cases arraigned on or after April 15.   To attend an April 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in Greensboro (Jury Assembly Room), training session about these changes with Chief Judge Eagles and representatives of the U.S. Attorney and Federal Defender, attorneys should contact Robin Winchester in the Clerk’s office.
