The Court is pleased to welcome two new district judges to the Middle District of North Carolina: Judge David A. Bragdon and Judge Lindsey A. Freeman. Judge Bragdon was sworn in on December 13, 2025, and has chambers in Winston-Salem. Judge Freeman was sworn in on December 20, 2025, and has chambers in Greensboro.
