In response to recent cyberattacks, the Clerk's Office will no longer accept sealed documents on CM/ECF beginning on August 20, 2025. Rather, sealed documents must be filed in paper form. Please read Standing Order 41 for further information, including instructions on how to file sealed documents conventionally. The Sealed Documents Guidance page of the website contains a FAQ about the new process; it will be updated regularly. 

We recognize that this new process may cause inconvenience, but these changes are necessary to protect the security of sealed documents that are entrusted to us. The Court appreciates your flexibility and patience. Likewise, the Clerk's Office will help attorneys and self-represented litigants through this transition.
