NextGen CM/ECF is Coming Soon to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina
The system will be unavailable from Noon Friday, January 14, 2022 until Tuesday, January 18th at 8:00 a.m.
Filing deadlines will automatically be extended in accordance with Federal Rule 6.
Attorneys should prepare their PACER and CM/ECF accounts by noon on Friday, January 14th and link their CM/ECF accounts to their Individual PACER account beginning Tuesday, January 18th.
