This page gives the listed Judicial Preferences for the Judges of the Middle District of North Carolina.
If a Judge's preference for working copies is not included in the Judicial Preferences Summary, refer to Local Rule 5.1 to determine whether a paper copy should be submitted.

For cases designated under Standing Order 30 where a Magistrate Judge will handle all motions upon consent or by recommendation, please provide one set of copies (no duplicate copies necessary) that is sufficient to meet the preference of the Magistrate Judge and the District Judge.
