On May 27, 2021, the Court modified Standing Order 18 relating to procedures for the filing, service, and management of highly sensitive documents (HSDs), which will be posted to the Court’s external website.  The Administrative Office suggested that search warrants, as a general rule, need not be treated as HSDs unless they relate to high profile national security criminal investigations, and Section 1a has been modified to add that information.
