The Amended Local Civil and Criminal Rules for the Middle District of North Carolina became effective March 1, 2014.  One of the most significant changes to the rules relates to the procedure for filing sealed documents.  To provide guidance for filing sealed documents, the Clerk's Office created three aids, which can be accessed at the Court's website at Sealed Document Guidance.  If you have any questions or would like assistance, please contact the Clerk's Office at 336-332-6000.
