In accordance with Article III of the United States Constitution, the Court is operating as normal during the lapse in appropriations or "shutdown." Cases, hearings, Grand Jury proceedings, and trials will continue as scheduled. The Clerk's Office remains open during regular hours to assist attorneys and members of the public. Filing on CM/ECF remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
