Any attorney, who has at least one year's experience as a practicing attorney (or equivalent) and is admitted to practice in the Middle District of North Carolina, is eligible to be considered for placement on the panel.  Attorneys, who are deemed to lack the necessary experience to serve on the regular panel, may be approved by the Court to serve on a training panel.
